How many system errors am I getting? Please help. I deleted the game and reinstalled it. EA didn't solve it in the app the same way. Someone help me. I haven't been able to enter the game for 15 days. :steamsad:

it is probably sometthing in your home directory under Documents\Electronic Arts\Sims 4.
Move your Sims 4 directory to your desktop and the game should start. Then you can move your saves, mods, tray and whatever else you want from desktop\sims 4 to Documents\Electronic Arts\sims 4.
Let me know if I'm full of beans,

If you are running windows go to task manager and 'end task' for all instances of Sims 4 or the ea app before restarting the game.

It has nothing to do with mods. I uninstalled the mods and ran them. It didn't work. I reinstalled EA and then the same error occurred again.

Have you tried installing the latest version of the ea app. If you download the ea app installer and run that, it will either overwrite your current ea app or it will give you the chance to repair (which amounts to the same thing). if you can get the ea app working, you can empty the cache and repair Sims 4 from there, or you can verify Sims 4 files through steam.

Sorry. Did you move your entire Sim 4 directory in your user directory to the desktop? It sounds like only the mod folder was moved.
