Get Together is at least partially Medieval dlc and Castle Estate (kit pack) especially is Medieval dlc as well. If another Medieval dlc were to be added to this game with a new world it would probably need to have a world that is more medieval looking than WIndenburg and more Medieval options in CaS than Get Together as well, but I am not exactly certain if it would have enough content to be considered an "expansion pack" where the only other explanation I have as to how this could be added to The SIms 4 as an expansion pack is because maybe it could have something that looks similar to Dragon Valley on The Sims 3 even if it does not include actual dragons. Castaway dlc would need to somehow stand out as different from Island Living regardless of whether it be a gamepack or just another expansion pack .

iam still waiting for a late night style pack so they can finally add drums back to the sims playing the acoustic guitar gets old after awhile

I would rather like if they would make a stand-alone version of Medieval or Castaway. Nothings against DLC but … I think both would be worth a full version. I always liked the stand-alone Sims games, as example: Bustin Out/Sims Medieval was two of my favorite games as I was younger.

I do not think that their are going to be anymore stand alone Sims games if I were to be completely honest and the closest thing to that would have probably been Journey to Batuu, but too late for that now. The SIms Mobile for example is not really a stand alone game since it appears to have at least some similarities with The Sims 4 and has a lot more micro transactions involved than The SIms Medieval (because it had only one dlc and nothing else) and Bustin Out as well. Project Rene is probably not going to be a stand alone either similar to The SIms Mobile.
