Thank you.
Here's a shocker - you don't *need* the DLC to "actually play the game".
Exactly.
Well said.
I spend 0€ on Sims 4 until today. My Sister spend 40something€ on it since she got Animals and Vampires. My Brother spend 20something€ Because he really REALLY wanted Werewolfes. Yes, EA is ripping us of with DLCs, mayorly so, but if you spend smart its still less then a AAA Game outside of Sale in Terms of Costs
I think "nobody" wants a Sims 5 because outside of new Graphics they dont add much. Might aswell keep Sims 4 polished and constantly ♥♥♥♥ out new DLCs to keep it fresh
Why in the world would you buy everything? You can't tell me that every single pack ever put out is something you absolutely can't play the game without. You can't tell me honestly you are going to use every feature of every pack, and there's no way you can't have fun unless you have an ice cream maker and a pack about sweaters with holes in them.
Watch videos. See what's in packs. Be honest with yourself if you actually want this stuff and you'll use it, or do you for some reason think you just have to have everything for no logical reason.
I personally never wanted a refund from any dlc on The SIms 4 (including even My Wedding Stories; although, I already knew what to expect before buying it and was one of the later packs I purchased instead of one my first packs), but some people who buy these packs might want a refund. And so even if at full price this dlc was much more affordable especially with expansion packs (such as for example costing $30 at full price instead of $40) and gamepacks (costing $15 at full price instead of $20, but stuff packs and kit packs would probably not be reduced that much in comparison such as maybe costing $7.99 or $7.49 for each stuff pack at full price and $3.99 for each kit pack) I would still like to think some people would want a refund regardless especially for expansion packs (besides Get Together; although, there might be some other exceptions where people rarely want a refund with certain types of expansion packs) and/or gamepacks (besides maybe Werewolves, Strangerville, Vampires, and/or Realm of Magic) even if they were cheaper than they are now at full price plus even cheaper than that when included with bundles and discount sales. People like to complain about The Sims 4 almost constantly especially when it comes to the cost of dlc and pretty much everywhere on social media (X which was formerly Twitter, Facebook, Steam, YouTube, and etc...) despite its mostly positive reviews for basegame on Steam.
yep :D specially in sales ;)
