pls help

my cc's that i used for my sims got removed after the update to the newest version, so all my sims got bald and getting no clothes at all on their bodies. does anyone know how to fix this?

Update your CC and re-enable through the game UI.

No other way around it.

Did you re-enable your Mods/CC in settings? The update disables all your mods and CC until you re-enable them. You have to go into "Options > Game Options > Other" and check the boxes "Enable Custom Content and Mods" and also "Script mods allowed". Press "Apply Changes" and then exit your game. Start the game again.

Already did that, the cc and mods showed up in the cas mode, but all of my sims still naked. Can it get fixed or inevitably I should customise the clothing one by one again?

Go to the places you downloaded it from and see if there are any updates.

If you can't remember (and in future keep links to all CC you dl) then google search terms - [name of CC] with [Sims 4] and pray you can find the things.

I just can't see so much missing CC if something else was at fault. After updates I *might* have one or maybe two missing items but that's way too much to be missing after an update. You will likely have to re-dress them.
