Slumber Party not working properly
I tried to complete slumber party a few times (from Growing Together expansion pack) where I would have restart to from the beginning each time, but got frustrated and very annoyed with it and gave up. During my first and second gameplay after not playing with the slumber party for a while I was having difficulty in completing the requirements for event, but the option for telling other sims "bed time" disappears completely after asking them to set up the sleeping bags. On my third gameplay I tried to make them go to bed earlier instead of later, but again the same problem with the option for telling them "bed time" disappears completely after telling them to setup the sleeping bags with my host.

In the past I have tried to do this before and it has worked, but it would be nice if I could tell them "bed time" with my host anytime I want rather than be annoyed about this seeming to not work at least sometimes. I do not know specifically what the trigger is for allowing the option for telling other child sims at a slumber party it is "bed time". Is there any way to resolve this problem and is it a bug/mod related causing this specific issue where the option to tell sims "bedtime" disappears after telling them to setup sleeping bags?

It's not a bug, it's just not an interaction you get when clicking on one of the guests. Instead, try clicking on the Sim hosting the event; that should give you the option to send them all to bed :)

I am surprised nobody has responded yet and this was 9 hours ago where I am sure that probably many people have tried playing with this event including recently. I am not sure what is causing problems with this event and how to fix it.

I was having an issue with host. The option does appear available when selecting another child sim. That child sim cannot be told to go to bed. I should test this event again sometime soon, but maybe I am supposed to click on the host sim instead of another child sim that was invited like what you mentioned earlier.

The reason why I am doing a slumber party is because my child sim is going to aging up to teen soon and want to complete his aspiration before aging up even if that means skipping or being late for school.

After some more testing done you are right. It is not bugged. I was just playing the event incorrectly and was now able to complete the achievement for slumber party. It seemed to be somewhat bugged for me, but telling other child sims it is time for bed is not bugged.
