In build mode, after placing a building from the gallery onto a lot, the CPU temperature rises to 70-75°C (normally the game runs at around 45-55°C). The temperature then stays at 65-75°C, and when trying to return to manage worlds, it gets stuck on the loading screen, but the loading screen is still moving and the BGM continues to play.

在建築模式從模擬工坊放置建築至地段後，CPU的溫度會先上升到70-75度(原本遊戲大概都45-55度)，之後溫度會維持在65-75度，然後要回到管理世界會卡在讀取畫面，但讀取畫面仍然有在動，BGM也繼續播

Try saving it to your library, then place it from there.

I'm having the same issue... it seems it might be related to the DX11 Patch... it has broken some lots...
