My game isn't working? it won't even open.

I've been trying to open the app but it shuts down after a minute without even opening, can someone help?

remove all mods and try, then if it starts up close it and slowly enable 1 mod at a time to find the one causing the issue.

I keep having this same issue every few days, for me its fixes by doing these:
Validating the games files on steam, restarting steam, and start game.
If the game then fails to load yet again, I open task manager and close/end task for the Ea app and try opening game. Usually by now i can open the game...but sometime it wont, so i have to restart pc and then it works.

Personally i think it has something to do with the EA app and windows update i had a few weeks back, as this is when i started having problems opening the game.

I have to use task manager to end task for EA app like miamew said. I also added a shortcut to my desktop and that seems to have an easier time opening too
