How do i get rid of a baby when i accidentally have one with your friend

Use mods like MCCC. A few other mods also have this feature.

If you use mods you can also take the opportunity to use the unwanted baby for mischief and age it up then adopt it into the friend's household, or inflict it upon some other sim.

I might never use this mod, but there are mods for miscarriage/abortion if you want more realism and one of them is from LittleMissSam; although, it is worth mentioning that it is quite common for women to become sad after having an unwanted miscarriage in real life (which sadness is probably more common for women to experience after an unwanted miscarriage or stillbirth than abortion) who may not want miscarriages on The SIms 4 because of it being a fantasy game even if women succesfully giving birth without ever having a miscarriage is unrealistic. Another way to cancel out a pregnancy is the MCCC mod and while I have never used this mod for cancelling a pregnancy it is optional.

You can use MC Pregnancy to end a sim pregnancy. Although, if the baby's already been born, Angela's offered a good option. Age it up and move it into another household.
Another option via MCCC is by way of the mailbox. If you click on a mailbox > MCCC > Deletion Cheats > Delete By Age > Baby, it will delete the baby from existence. The only caveat to using the Delete By Age cheat is that it will delete ALL babies from ALL worlds, which players may not want.
If not, you can use MC Commands > Maintain Sim > Delete Sim. This will only delete your player's kid. I don't know that it's available on newborns, though, so you may need to age it up from that stage.

If they are fully unwanted for the gameplay, I age them up with MCCC and kill them with a lightning strike. Half-unwanted ones go to a Caretaker house until I find some use for them.

That's also an option. Ignore it and child service will take it away.
