What country are you in that it's not showing as available?
I've had this quite often. It wasn't until I actually was looking at things on EA's site that I realised how much of the DLC wasn't showing even when I went through the store and clicked "show all" in the various categories.
However, for an EP, that's weird, so it could be region locked for whatever reason. I know UAE is one of the ones where they screen things (I think China, Egypt, and some others are on that list as well).
Have previous EP's taken a certain amount of time to go through censorship before being available? Or were they ready to go right away?
I do not have an answer to that question, but my country is the United States. Censorship for sales (contrary to China, Egypt, and etc...) does not apply to United States, but I did have to go through the annoying process of showing all in the various categories only "once". I am not sure why it was censored, but maybe because it had "nook" at the end of it. I now own the Book Nook kit pack after allowing the option to show all.
There's nothing wrong with 3rd party stores as long as the key they are selling is 100% legitimate and legal and not stolen or anything.
