Mods to fix the sims 4? An unofficial patch?

The sims 4 vanilla has many bugs and sometimes even very stupid AI. Is there a mod that fixes most of the game's bugs and improves the AI? Is there also a mod that puts the simple option of "clearing the house", I hired a cleaning service, but they don't clean anything
Recommend me mods to have a better experience people, I don't want anything to add new things, but simply fix how poorly made the game is and above all, that they don't have VIRUSES, I don't know if that issue has been solved in the community, I really like it. It's scary to install something, but I also want to have fun fixing all the nasty bugs of the game. xd

No, you don’t have any big patch mod as it is in any Bethesda Game. In sims 4 you have many small mods, from different modder to fix things. They all scatter across the web.

Package mods don’t carry any viruses, you only need to pay attention to script files and here you have: https://www.patreon.com/posts/98126153 which help you with it. Of course it will not catch all you still need pay attention what for mods you download.

Would HIGHLY recommend Deadpool's MCCC. Which is the descendant of TS3 Twallan/Nraas Master Controller aka MC. This modder is very active and maintains/updates this mod frequently. So you can always pose questions about MCCC's use over on his Discord channel:

Yes. That's the whole point of the mod.

MCCC can fix bugs, but mostly don’t fix bugs per default. MCCC main functionality is the much better Storyprogression/fixes outfit/easier access to cheats/easy way to cheat away bugged moodlets (inkl.hidden) and to control a little the generation of random NPC (although you have mods which can do the job better as MCCC). MCCC will say if some error there is but here you have too a much better option for it (TwistedMexi Better Exceptions).

All in all, MCCC is a very good allrounder mod, but not a mod which is there for fixing. One of the benefits from only using MCCC is that it gets always fast updated, even for people which are not a patreon.

PS: MCCC can pretty destroy your population if you use the storyprogress unadjusted. MCCC is to blame for children/toddler/pets which live alone in a household. Sims which cheats on their spouse/have a child with other Sim. Sims which leave their household and move in with another household. Please don’t blame it on EA NS. This is the whole work on a unadjusted MCCC. EA-AHQ get already enough reports which happen because of mods.

Yes, if you don’t want to download from curse LMS offers too a download link from google drive. Simvasion is too pretty safe, beside his mods are only package mods. Twistedmexis is a well-know modder and all his/her links go too their Patreon.

A lot of the small mods don't require updates every patch, especially those by littlemssam mostly just work - core mods like WW and MCCC do however.
