My Packs Are Gone

I bought the Get to Work pack yesterday, and now it says that I've never purchased any packs at all. I have Vampires, Werewolves, Growing Together, and various others. The EA app keeps switching between saying I have the packs and that I don't have any, along with saying I have 0 hours of playtime then switching to displaying my actual 109 hours. When I open the game, it says I don't own any packs. Does anyone have any clue what's going on, or has this happened to anyone before?

It happened to me once and hoping it never happens again where my situation appears to be different than yours, but it happened a while ago and not recently where the problem was EA App and not Steam related. When I noticed once that I lost all dlc on main menu instead of attempting to log in any of my saved games I quit the game immediately and noticed the reason why I was missing dlc was because of an error on EA App where The SIms 4 was missing from my EA App library. So I restarted the EA App, verified file integrity on Steam, and checked if I still had dlc according to Steam which Steam recognized that I still owned dlc, and noticed that The Sims 4 returned back to my EA App library as well. When I tried to get back on The Sims 4 all of my dlc returned back meaning that I only lost all dlc briefly because of an error with the EA App. All of my packs were originally purchased on Steam only and not from EA App.
