error telling me to relaunch

so this has been happening more and more that an error shows up telling me that its recommended to relaunch the game and when i do that the error would still show up even when i completely closed steam and my pc.

Is there an error number, if so look it up on the internet, it will give you an idea of what the error is related to.

If you are on windows check that Sims 4 or the ea app are not still running by opening the task manager, if they are still running 'End Task' for them.
