Wicked Whims has a nude body replacer for both male and female Sims as part of the mod. It also removes the vanilla mosaic.

The Nexus would be a good place to start but it is not the best place to such for such things.

You probably won't find such things out on nexus mods.

your best bet is some place like Loverslab or from the mod makers website, since it has already been mentioned.

i'd also like to point out there is an alternative called Devious Desires as well which is a very similar thing, albeit there are certain themes with that one that you may not like, but you should be able to set it up to disable those options if you don't want them.

Lover's Lab has links to Turbodriver's WW page. Mod is always up-to-date. Current version is 178b.

TurboDriver (author of this mod) keeps the nexus mods version current. It's uploaded same day as on their own website.
