Game keeps freezing/ game request

My game keeps freezing and when it is froze, it wont allow me to save the game nor click on anything. Also, would it be possible to make this game available on macbook airs? Thank you!

Oh yes. And it is spectacular. Non other program/application/game is so effective in freezing the whole computer. I cannot even use the Task Manager to kill the process. Bravo EA.

The EA version of the game works on Macs. You just need to install the Origin App for Macs. And you'll probably take a bit of a performance hit. Since Macs run quite hot, you'll need a cooling mat.

Excuse me? Do you mean that I should buy a new computer because EA cannot fix the problems they caused with the newest update to be able to show more ads?

The OP asked if he can run the game on MACS. I explained how he can do that. Where did I suggest he buy a new computer?

Sorry but this rather seems an overheating issue. Have you this problem only in hot days? Is now summertime and if you play on a laptop then you WILL need some extern cooling source. If you play on a PC, please check your COOLING system.

And no, EA cannot fix it if this issue is caused because your laptop/pc get to hot. It’s recommended to open your PC and sometime to dedust.

Sorry Lady Aeleanor. I am a bit on the edge, as since yesterday, the game stopped running properly and there is no fault with my PC. I know that this is update caused issue, and I wish that EA would fix it sooner than later.
And Xeriath, I live in Sweden and it is only 16 degrees outside. Definitely not too hot.

Then I would just create there a topic on AHQ. I know that you don’t think good about EA support but these people there are not EA, and they normally help you as long you post the requested things (as example dxdiag).

It’s not a common problem, so it must something be what you have on your computer. Your dxdiag report has maybe the reason for it. i restarted my PC. and it worked so possibly did not manage to process the update properly so i would try restarting your PC.
