missing expansion/game packs

so i recently download the sims again after awhile of not having a computer and some of my stuff is missing like i'm missing two expansion packs and two game packs like it's saying i don't own them is anyone else experiencing this? and if so i need help figuring how to get them pack without having to buy them again
