Sims wont start

I've had this problem for almost over a month now, I have searched up the error code, looked at videos for help, asked friends for advice but no matter what this shows up:
" Unable to Start:
Cannot start because game data is missing or damaged. If you have Mods installed please remove them and try again. If not, please repair or reinstall the game via Origin.

I have reinstalled the Sims, deleted mods, repaired the EA app, deleted the EA desktop and Electronic Arts Folder I literally have no clue what to do anymore, ive uninstalled the game for now because I believe its a steam/EA issue
PLEAASE let me know if you know how to fix this

OP assuming you're leaving your mods folder out for now. AND that the Origin.exe, EA Desktop.exe and TS4.exe are all exceptions in your Windows AV firewall!

1. if you bought any of your TS4 DLC on Steam then first try re-validating your TS4 game files in your Steam library. Steam will replace any compromised /corrupted files as the result of the recent FUBAR patch update EA released.

2 Once your TS4 files have been repaired, make sure to update EA's POS Origin client and toxic EA Desktop apps. The game won't launch if either of these need repair/updating.

3. Next make sure you can login to your Origin account. This is to ensure the POS DRM security software on Origin server end have accepted/recognized your Steam based TS4 game keys.

4. Next, make sure your TS4 DLC in your Steam library is LINKED to your Origin account. If it is, your TS4 DLC will be visible in the Origin dashboard. And if this isn't the case, then link it.

5. Now start the game (with NO MODS) from Steam's end and the game should launch OK.

Know that Origin servers are notorious for f@cking up Steam DLC game keys. This recent patch, the Origin platform literally DELETED DLC game keys for Steam packs in player's Origin accounts. So ppl DLC game keys were missing and Origin DRM security wouldn't let Steam launch the game.

If this happens when you try to launch the game in future, make sure your Steam TS4 library is LINKED to your Origin account on EA's side. OR THE GAME WILL NOT LAUNCH.

Hey tho I haven't been having this particular issues I do have a video that might help you have to creaqte a new ea folder and a new mods folder as well im testing it right now but the way she explained it. helped a whole lot:)
