Second, if any of your mods had scripts (like UI Extension cheats, MC Command center, Wicked Whims, etc.) then you need to look those mods up and see if they've updated for the new version of the game. Scripted mods tend to need updates frequently.
I suggest setting up your CC folder to better organize scripted mods from everything else. be sure to only go one folder deep inside the mod folder, too many sub folders can make things not work.
