sims 4 failed to start process for this game 0x4C7 error

i think this was because of a cloud save issue, that files were not completely saved the last time i played. what steps should i take to play the game again, it won't even launch, seems impossible like even to play the game forgetting all that i had saved, i just want to play

Управление компьютером > службы и приложения > службы > EABackgrondService > ПКМ по ней > свойства > тип запуска: автоматический(он потом сам поставит вручную) и применяешь > опять ПКМ по службе > запустить > заходишь в EA > запускаешь sims
Дальше когда потом будешь её запускать, будут пугать банером с угрозами потери сохранений. Всё равно запускай, ничего не удалят.

I have the same issue but I have no idea why it started happening I even uninstalled it and reinstalled it but it's not loading. funny thing was I had used it the day before and now it's not working 💀
