You don't even have to pick pronouns. It's all part of the fantasy isn't it? Makes no difference at all?

There's mods that can remove that stuff or replace it, all you really need is Command Center for the gender preference stuff and this command.

1. Ctrl+Shift+C to bring up the cheat menu.

2. Type "testingcheats true" and hit enter.

3. Type "cas.fulleditmode" and hit enter.

4. Shift+Click your Sim and choose edit in CAS.

That's if it really bothers you, I don't really mind the LGBTQ123 stuff. It's the pronouns and gender preference in my world that bothers me since I'm not used to that western concept of pronouns yet, so I usually change everything up. I tend to make a gaybourhood to spice it up from time to time but yeah try those commands and there should be a website for "based" mods to replace political agendas and stuff.

For a rare few, the biology is not quite as cut and dried as many would believe. Inclusion is about my Buddy, I think.
There are others who have "testosterone immunity", they are XY, but because testosterone has no effect, they appear to be physically female.
So, the game gives them a little escapism. That's fine if that's their game. It's a mercy.
I've never noticed how the selected pronouns manifests themselves in the game, so that doesn't bother me at all.

Actually. it worse on The Sims 3 than the The Sims 4 at least for me. I permanently lost everything that I spent with real money from The SIms 3 store I cannot get back even when logged in to The SIms 3 store (new worlds, CaS, and build mode) because while it recognizes the items I purchased any attempt to download them again always fails that is probably because of EA App. Also, The Sims 3 seems to not work as good on windows 11 as windows 10, I experience frequent crashes on The Sims 3, the game sometimes becomes unplayable because of file corruption that is a lot worse for me on The SIms 3 than The SIms 4 where I have sometimes delete caches on The Sims 3 which can be annoying, and I never got on an error code that prevented from successfully saving a game on The Sims 4 contrary to The SIms 3.

as some one who played back in the day when the pronouns came out it basically affects notifications that all it does and if you dont fill it out it use they biological pronouns he him for male and she her for females so it barely affects game play you can basically ignore it and it wont even affect game play

Only thing you need EA App for is to by Sim Points for The Sims 3 Store. I used it last week and thank my deity the EA app didn't "upgrade" my sims 3 from 1.67 to 1.69 or whatever 1.70 is. I wish they didn't remove the ability to by Sim Points from the Sims 3 store... it fascinates me that EA won't let a customer throw money at them any other way.
Not sure why you can't download things you pay for from the Sims 3 store..
