Yeah, good luck. Most people just don’t care if it there or not. You can simply ignore it, especially if you delete the premade sims. Most new games come with body types, sometimes they add pronouns but really, it doesn’t matter.

Happy for people which want this, but I don’t care if I can choose between body type A or B, if my chara can get called toad or squirrel or if we have some gay/lesbian NPC. As long I still have the option to create my own character after my preference, if not I just simply don’t purchase the game. So simple it is. We don’t lose something if they add these things, it’s just helps to accept that these things are there, and somebody can create their own character/world how the person like, so this is a good thing.

That's why using it against The Sims franchise will be kinda useless. But It might work on other game franchise.
