Or you could just ignore that part of the game. You're not required to pick any of those options, you can fully ignore that dropdown menu and play the game without it. Sounds like you're just looking for reasons to be angered by something. Aren't y'all types always telling everyone else not to be triggered? While you're literally so triggered by a small, realistic (for many, many people) game setting that you had to make a post about it. Makes sense. Go play with your vampires, aliens, ghosts, purple skin tones, and other non real settings, but weep your sad little heart out over da gheys.

What are we talking about in here? Identify as different gender, or want to go through complete transition for the change? Because one is so to speak "social construct", second is serious decision. In one case is it just gender, in second case is it about sex. But pronouns (which are obviously a problem in here) apply to both cases. So?

Serious answer to a probably deeply unserious topic: I cannot mention the specific mods here but there is a highly popular mod with an alliterative title which can, among other things, turn everyone in the game gay, or straight, or whatever flavor or shade of perversity in between your heart desires.

You did not specify the mod, but thank you for being constructive. Maybe I should consider using that mod if it is available for The SIms 4 and not only just The Sims 3 with that NRAAs mod. Just as long as it does not conflict with that sexual orientation part from CaS. The Sims 4 did not originally have sexual orientation, but was added later to basegame.

ANSWER: Because there is a Satanic concerted effort on the part of the power elite to do away with morality, the nuclear family, traditional gender roles, to teach that Gender is decided by feelings instead of biological irrefutable science and billions of years of biology, and to promote the sexualization of children.

The solution is pretty easy.

When you create your sim click the three small dots on the top left under the Sim diamond icon. There you can set your Sim's sexual preferences. This is a feature that doesn't belong in a kids game. However, the average age of a SIM's player is 38!!

If you have a SIM that is simming LGBTQ you go to the world editor, select the household, in the bottom right corner select the pencil edit feature then select the edit household option..then do what I showed you above. Click the three dots and make your sim like traditional opposite sex sims and UNCHECK the option that indicates the SIM is trying to figure things out.

Yeah, good luck. Most people just don’t care if it there or not. You can simply ignore it, especially if you delete the premade sims. Most new games come with body types, sometimes they add pronouns but really, it doesn’t matter.

Happy for people which want this, but I don’t care if I can choose between body type A or B, if my chara can get called toad or squirrel or if we have some gay/lesbian NPC. As long I still have the option to create my own character after my preference, if not I just simply don’t purchase the game. So simple it is. We don’t lose something if they add these things, it’s just helps to accept that these things are there, and somebody can create their own character/world how the person like, so this is a good thing.
