Mod to give glasses and hearing aids to all outfits
Being hearing and vision impaired is not the fashion statement that the game implies.
I grew up poor. One pair of glasses for two years is all welfare allowed. I didn't wear glasses as a fashion statement, only when sleeping or swimming did I not wear my glasses.
One year my brother broke them on purpose. Mom gave me hell because she couldn't afford to replace them. Ouch that my bro with do that and ouch mom why blame me when I begged bro not to bust them and he did it anyway because he knew it hurt.
So, I would Like a mod that reflects that... the same ugly pair of glasses for all outfits when you put glasses on the default everyday clothes. Hair does that, but not glasses or hearing aids.
And I'm hearing impaired as well now. I would like hearing aids to work the same way as hair styles. Not a choice.
Anyone know of such a mod?

WOW! Really, you felt you had to share that in this forum?
Never heard of nor have i seen a mod such as you suggest!
If it's that important to you, i suggest designing your own mod!

No it isn't.

if you are unable to add glasses and medical devices to all of your outfits then you must have a mod that is interfering with the game

As Niki said, you can add glasses and hearing aids to every outfit you create in every outfit category. They DO NOT automatically apply like hair but you can go into Head Accessories and apply them, just like you can change your hairstyle for different outfits or use different makeup. It functions the same as almost everything else in CAS apart from things like genetics and tattoos.

If you're unable to do this, then something is interfering with your game.

You're not the first person to ask about this as feature or a mod. Other simmers have asked in the past for other reasons, however I've never seen a mod that does any of it. Allegedly CAS mods are difficult and tricky to make, which is why there are so few and we still don't even have one that gives us more than 5 outfits per category after all these years.

Um....yes - it most certainly is already in the game.

Hearing aids being automatically given to all outfits would make sense if a sim is supposed to be hearing impaired, but not glasses. The explanation behind glasses for example on The SIms 4 is that some people in real life have either had laser eye surgery and/or wear contact lenses where they do not really need to wear glasses anymore in both circumstances. Eyesight varies significantly for each person as well and some people are far sighted instead of near sighted meaning they only need glasses for close up instead of far away. In other words, if you want your sim to be farsighted instead of near sighted then that means other outfits besides just sleep and swim wear may not need glasses for every other outfit. And so, when it comes to gameplays involving sims wearing glasses for only some outfits other possible explanations as to why include far sighted sims, sims who might be near sighted but their is eyesight is not necessarily really bad without glasses, and you could pretend as well for some sims that they either had laser eye surgery or wears contact lenses such as a child sim wearing glasses for example but you make your sim stop wearing glasses upon reaching teen or young adult or only make them glasses only for some outfits possibly because of wearing contact lenses.

I'm almost deaf, my vision is corrected.
Thanks you all for not being able to see to read and too deaf to hear what I said. You're a kick in the pants to all disabled people everywhere. I'm not going to explain it again because you all enjoy not understanding too much and like to heap hate on people who are different.
Have a nice day. Really, I mean that. If such as this gives you so much pleasure, then you need some nice things to happen to you

I understand that some people in real life are hearing impaired and have very poor eyesight where they might need more than just contact lenses in order to see clearly. I was not intending to be rude or hating on towards people with disabilities (although being far sighted is not necessarily a disability and only very poor eyesight or blindness is considered a disability), but just simply making my point across that sims not wearing glasses for every outfit has other possible explanations as well besides just for sleeping and swimming in how it relates to humans in real life. As for hearing aids one of the most annoying things about them is that they might randomly show up for only just one or two outfits, but not all of them.

Many CAS items are hidden within certain categories. For example, jewellry and other accessories don't typically turn up in 'Sleepwear' and very little do in 'Althletic' or 'Swimwear'. All you need do to place these items on your sims within any category (including hot and cold weather) is to untick those categories at top. Then all CAS items will open again.

I understand your pain, brother. I am photosensitive and this entire game blinks and flashes. I have a rose bush that I can't evolve because it is out of season (when did they change that?) and the stupid thing is blinking and sparkling with green lights that need to STOP NOW.

You can get rid of the idiotic "formal" "sportswear" etc tags in CAS to give access to more items. You can also download a Sim from the gallery that will unlock all in-game items.

I think what the Op is trying to ask is, if there is a mod that apply's an item by default to every single outfit option without them having to manually add the item to each outfit section by themselves. One click to apply to all outfits in other words...

Well, MC Command Center will do that. If you use it. In MCCC, go to MC Dresser and then "Copy/Paste" and then "Copy Accessories". Then "Paste Accessories to All Outfits". Every outfit in every Category will then have those accessories. You can do the same with hair and makeup.

I see. Yeah, then as @Lady Aeleanor suggests, MCCC copy/paste will apply whatever CAS items on which you use the feature to all outfit categories. That'd include sleep/swimwear so you could just manually remove them if you don't want your sim still wearing them in those particular categories.

I'm still alive.

This isn't released yet. I'm still working on it.
