How do i exit this menu

pls help i havent saved
so im NOT quitting the game

If you've used Move Households or Move In, this feature is currently broken. If you can't get out of the menu, you'll probably have to force exit your game.
Use manage households in Manage Worlds to move sims from there on until there's a fix.

does that give me the option to save and exit or does it just exit

If you find no option to exit that menu. Unfortunately, you wouldn't be able to save. I'm so sorry. You'd have to force exit from task bar or task manager.

Edit: You can try anything else to exit it before you force. See if you can go into Build/buy, for example. It looks greyed out, though. I don't think there's any way to get out of that menu, by the looks of the pic.

I'd try anything to at this point. Either something might work or it's a force exit.
