I know 'everything is WOKE' is the OP's schtick but sometimes the simplest explanation is the accurate one- this is a product with global sales ambitions, and is designed as much is practical for an American made company.
yeah i dont get woke people like im not upset about it i just dont get woke people
Even the Batuu vacation world may not be exclusive to the United States only since there are a few other Disney Parks outside of the United States as well that probably have stuff related to Star Wars. EA is obviously trying to be inclusive towards other countries and cultures and not only just towards the United States. Also, those three holidays at least in my personal opinion are only minor holidays instead of major holidays even for the United States. As for Winterfest not being called Christmas it is obviously because some countries do not celebrate Christmas or at least not the same way that Christians do.
also note the attack on the left across both threads while espouting right wing values and asserting them to the point to the death, figuratively writing.
Dear Americans, correct me if I'm mistaken..but aren't your US Independence Day and 4th of July holiday one in the very same?
There are four standard, seasonal holidays in Sims 4. As it's an American made game, their themes are westernised or based on ages old Euro Pagan myths.
If not too taxing on their f-witted minds, players can simply change or remove them and add their own holidays and traditions. There also exist mods which add many additional holiday traditions.
If you seek Simulator game with "more exclusively to United States theme", maybe you should try and play The Sims 2 or 3.
No...
The Sims 'Winterfest' isn't Christmas nor Christian at all. There's no Jesus. Giving presents isn't an ancient Christian tradition but a tradition based off Roman Pagans in celebration of Saturnalia (possibly hand offs of Greek and Egyptian traditions). Father Winter is based on Old Man Winter from the ancient Greek god as well as climate deities of other world Mythologies. Those lovely lit Yuletide evergreens? Pagan!..symbolic of life sustained throughout barren days.
There's eff all to do with Christ in TS4's Winterfest holiday. Christians didn't even take up such traditions until the bloody 19th century. I'm not religious but this much is evident in biblical history, the church's own history. Do you not know and comprehend you're own religion? If not for Roman conversion and the influence of the Roman Church on all of Europe, you wouldn't have it..or you'd have a different one.
Sensible...
The Muslim CAS content is arguably the most religious content added into TS4. These garments were and are worn strictly for religious purposes. This is evident in the Quran. Had enough players of other religions saw this cherry-pick as an affront to their own beliefs, perhaps EAxis might've endured serious outrage from 'FOMO' religious zealots. Guess what? That didn't happen.
It's not the first thread Galaxyleggings started to be disruptive. Just ignore them, please.
