game wont save, cant travel, says game loading in progress help

my game broken. something in my cc is broken and i cant find it. i cant play the game. can anyone help i have no clue what it could be, i have deleted stuff and everything. is there something i can do?

Regardless of the current state of your game, if you can't save and you need to, you may have to force quit the game.

I would try to:
-Verify integrity of game files
-Delete ALL CC and either redownload all of it, or download one at a time to see what is breaking the game / causing conflicts (one of your mods may conflict with another). This one might take a long time
-Reinstall as a last cause

I couldn't tell you the issue, as I have never come across it before. What I have listed above would be what I'd do myself in your position. If all else fails, maybe take it to EA as their forums are useful to ask on.

Also, backup your save files, make a new save on the sims before you redownload etc or delete ANYTHING and see if it is just that save file that is corrupted :)
