My the sims 4 is laggy and i can´t play it

I got this game on my Laptop (configs: Ryzen 7 5700U with amd graphcs) but i can´t left the character´s custom because its too boring to play it with like 10FPS.

I'm assuming your Laptop also has 8GB ram and integrated GPU.
You need a better laptop/desktop

Always recommended to post rather there as here issues: https://answers.ea.com/t5/Technical-Issues-PC/bd-p/The-Sims-4 you can add your dxdiag and the folks there can normally better help as the people here just because you can give more info’s there as here.

Some people here told me to get another device, but my laptop can run gta 5 at 60fps and other games without performance problems

This game is really heavy, might not seem to be graphics-wise but the simulation itself eats up a lot of processing power and all the rest.

If you have One Drive installed, I'd highly suggest you uninstall it. It has a significant negative impact on this game's performance from my experience. I used to have pretty bad lag issues, despite having a competent laptop. But then I uninstalled One Drive completely from my laptop, and also updated my graphics drivers (another influence on lag issues), and now my game is working just fine.

Just one tip though: if you DO have One Drive installed, definitely look up guides on how to get rid of it. Getting that crap off your PC (without it screwing your save files) is not easy, trust me.

Game isn't lagging on my PC. And I have a ton of mods and every single expansion/pack/kit.

8gb is not much. You only need add to many DLC + some more script mods and you get problems. You should disable/remove OneDrive as stultus3 recommended and remove all unnecessary on mods DLC which you don’t need. I am sure it works then a lot better.

You will still get some fps drops because it’s a bug ingame but it should not happen so often and clear itself after restart/pause/esc the game. Another try would be to disable gallery connection this should help too.

All in all, I agree with Angela. The game works fine with a ton of mods/DLC.

lol ,i can play gta 5 and euro truck simulator at 60fps in it
