The Sims™ 4

The Sims™ 4

The Sims keeps crashing on Launch.
Since november 21st I have the issue that my game keeps crashing on launch.
At first I kept trying and eventually I got in to the game. But this doesn't work anymore either.
I keep getting a white screen, black screen, white screen, black and then I'm back on my original screen. Since today I just get a white screen.

So far I tried:
- Downloading the newest drivers for my pc that needed an upate
- Deleting my mod folder and TSR CC manager folder to check if they gave an error
- Repairing the game through steam
- Re-installing Sims
- I disabled Steam Overlay
- I did adjust some discord and Nvidia settings to optimize
- Checked if I have enough space for the game
- Checked if my pc is good enough for the sims (I'm playing the game for a while, but you never know.
- Checked for broken files in my CC content.

But nothing seems to work. I do have some temporary files and crash files. But I am a noob on this so I can't read them, nor do I know if I can delete all my temporary files.

Does any of you know what to do?
Thanks very much.

Best would be to create a topic here: https://answers.ea.com/t5/Technical-Issues-PC/bd-p/The-Sims-4 and add your dxdiag: https://help.ea.com/en/help/pc/how-to-gather-dxdiag-information/

I am sure somebody there will help you. Steam-Discuss is normally no place if you have such issues.

Edit: I saw you create there a topic but without dxdiag, the people can you help faster if you add your dxdiag because it shows issues and crashes.
