It is actually kinda funny that they give out something no one can use. unless you have the Cats and Dogs DLC.

Had a runaround with the way EA messed that up. I managed to get it sorted out and installed.

You only need to go on the EA TS4 website, login and confirm it from there, then go into the game and let it start downloading in the background. 160mb or so should be done in short order. From there just restart the game and it will show you that it's installed with information about it.

It looks like they dropped the requirement for cats and dogs DLC. to download The Sims 4 My First Pet Stuff.? but you may need cats and dogs DLC to access it in game. ?

The only stuff pack I never purchased, but thinking about getting it now on Steam in addition to EA App. While it does have some cute stuff (although, I am not sure I like the hairs where I feel mixed about them such as the medium hair for example I do not think looks very attractive) this is probably something I would probably never get otherwise, unless if it is free. Also, Steam reviews are going up for this pack I think only because it is free, but it is however worth mentioning that youtuber James Turner hates this pack and just seems like something that should have been included with Cats and Dogs to begin with. Overall, this pack I think should perhaps even be free permanently similar to Holiday Celebration instead of free only until January 6th. Another controversy behind this pack as well is the clothing items for pets because most pets in general I think normally do not wear clothes and combine that with the fact as well that at least most of my current households on The Sims 4 that I play with the most do not even have pets.

Finally could add it but tried and tried when it was announced as free but XD didnt work then.. Not that I really play sims4 but still free dlc is free dlc.. Such a pricy game right guys with all dlc?

How dod you fix? I got cats and dosg on ea app, but the free pets stuff wont install.
