Game stuck on loading screen

It lets me make sims and put them on lots, but once I try to play, it's stuck on that spinning plumbob, I cleared out my mos folder and even tried reinstalling the game, nothing's working, does anyone know how to fix this?

Delete mods folder (or move it to desktop) and delete localthumbcache.package file, then try to make a brand new game and see if issue still exists.

I got it fixed, turns out I had some outdated mods
