Painter aspiration bugged for view or admire art at museum?

Does anyone notice this aspiration is bugged even without owning For Rent? I went to a museum to view paintings twice from Del Sol Valley, but even after the viewing was completed I was unable to complete that aspiration since it showed zero progress. This forced me to cheat as well for completing aspiration, because I think that admire art is only available for sims with the art lover trait and the sim I was playing with does not have that specific trait. I have played with this aspiration before, but do not think I have had this specific issue with this before until only recently.

There is also an option for contemplate art, but that is not one of the specific requirements for the aspiration.

I always take my sims to Municipal Muses in Willow Creek and view art there when they reach that point in the aspiration. 3 pieces of art can be be viewed in less than a minute.

Strange that the aspiration that requires viewing or admiring art would be bugged for museum at Del Sol Valley, but not elsewhere.
