Nosey trait would be less annoying perhaps because only some sims can have this trait and an intended feature, but more annoying for sims who do not have this trait and seem to act "nosey" sometimes from High School Years expansion pack. They do not ask to be best friend constantly anymore which I am glad was fixed finally, but they still walk in randomly unless if I have every door locked from the outside so that way only household members can enter or have the doors all open for a limited time only. As for bugs another concern of mine as mentioned previously, but I am hoping it is nothing too serious and game breaking that does not make it as bad as My Wedding Stories when it first came out.
But I am very happy about the new function able to build apartment, the only thing is I believe you won't be able to see all your units, they probably grey out and not sure if there are any loading screen while you going to your neighbor. I hope not. EA until today still cannot 'simulate' a life of the sim, like if you have 50 of them on a lot, I do not feel positive. Will they really have a life in these units? I highly doubt.
If they creep in and take our stuff while we're not home I will be very angry and will find a way to disable this as I take my item placement seriously. If I'm there and catch 'em - they will pay the ultimate price
in the old sims games you could buy burglar alarms which would automatically call the police anytime someone broke into your house the cops usually show up before hey steal anything
It's going to be expensive to be a landlord, but at least it makes for some fun playthrough. (also, yes, mods did this first, but it's annoying making all the mods work right (I haven't updated my own for a while lol minor bugs but still works))
I would be surprised at this point if we can realistically expect any expansion pack at this point to be bigger than "For Rent" which not only adds a new world, but also allows up to 48 sims living on just one lot as well from almost "any world" besides vacation worlds probably being excluded from this. This does however help make up for the lack of open worlds on The SIms 4.
