Is there a free mod version of the seasons pack?

Since EA's a greedy little fook and I don't want to spend $40 for something that should be free, does anyone know if there's a mod version of the pack?

out of the 4 mods linked on that page, only "Animated Rain & Snow" is a live link, although the mod hasn't been updated since 2017. The last comment on that mod's page is from 2020.

sorry to hear but those where the only ones i could find
