It's EA, their price tags are always insane, then again all AAA companies are getting there.

If you have a limited budget, then never purchase a Sims DLC on full price. Sales are often, and new DLC goes fast enough in sale (even if it only 25%). They will not lower the price for DLC as long there is no success sequel and even then, it will take years that they go down with the price.

Yeah, the only option is to wait for a sale, then this DLC should be 50%. I know this is maybe still too expensive if you are broken. In this case maybe play something others, as example Stardew Valley. It has much content and don’t cost much. Skyrim or any fallout games is too an option. With mods you get a ton of replay value, and you can get them for cheap, even cheaper as any Sims4 DLC on sale.

I generally would not recommend sailing but if the person don’t care that he/she maybe get caught go ahead the risk is minimal but is still there and then the person is ♥♥♥♥♥♥ if they live in the wrong country.

yup, I actually didn't want to be 'bad person' here, but when someone like OP demanding any games or DLCs with ""very low price"", they should know where they have to search them.

Sometimes there are bundles, either here on Steam or over in the EA app. The latter actually lets you put together your own bundle with three DLCs, one from every category. I'm not 100 per cent sure, but I think there's a bundle including both the Seasons and the Cats & Dogs DLC. Steam often puts DLCs on sale with 50 per cent off.

What's insanely annoying to me is I couldn't even just add all missing DLC to cart. It just says "Sorry, we couldn't add your item!"

So not only is there an obscene amount of DLC to get the full experience, you have to go one by one to catch up? And on top of that (and this is probably Steam and not EA I admit), even after catching up it doesn't show on the DLC list that I already own everything yet. So I had to open everything in a new tab to verify I didn't miss anything.

And then there were the days of the first two games in which they sold "catch up" bundles with all DLC to date.

I'm a goodie two-shoes and occasionally catch up on content because I share with my sisters and niece. It's ludicrous there is no built-in system to do so for such an expensive game. But there is absolutely no way we're all buying our own individual $800+ copies of the game.

They're on sale now, 20-30% off on all of the DLC's. All like 40+ of 'em...

For even a better price. check if their is a fiting bundle. the fun thing is that you only have to pay for those dlcs you don´t have. It works even if their is only one dlc in the bundle you are missing.
