I dont really know the mod's name, maybe google can help
Kevin "Jim Pickens" had tried one.
I guess in Sims 5 there will be some missing parts that previously exists on Sims 4.
While not confirmed, EA most likely had been working on Project Rene since 2021 (but unclear as to when from that year) or early 2022. They obviously did get at least some work done by the time they had officially announced Project Rene and especially from a leak that showed up not long after the announcement of Project Rene. Depending on when EA actually first started working on Project Rene it is most likely not going to come out until 2025 at the very earliest, but at the very latest hopefully not later than early or mid 2027.
Regardless of whether Project Rene is coming out 2025 or 2027 that is still years away from now. I also have some doubts that Project Rene is going to be co-op instead of multiplayer which they are not exactly the same thing. While The Sims 4 does have a mod for multiplayer, I am actually not really all that interested in multiplayer mode to be honest where I prefer to watch multiplayer on The Sims 4 youtube videos as opposed to actually playing it.
Officially there is no multiplayer for TS4. there are coop mods that exist that you can download.
anyway. looking forward to seeing the back of that and return to some kind of normality.
My stance on multiplayer is the same as the most older sims player. Please no, don’t ruin it with multiplayer. We want a good single player, EA always release a crap if they combo both, I don’t have much hope for sims 5 and multiplayer. I am sure the single player will suffer, and this a lot.
@Xautos I wish you a good recovery, it’s always awful to get sick.
You actually have good point across and I am skeptical of The Sims 5 being any good even with the multiplayer option being available for basegame and overall more people having an awareness of multiplayer on The Sims 5 than The Sims 4 multiplayer mod. People asking about multiplayer from The Sims 4 is commonly asked question on Steam. Maybe multiplayer is fun from The SIms 4 (despite not being very stable and the bugs) , but I also do not know how many people use this mod or how how often it is used.
My last stand is only this here: https://forums.thesims.com/en_US/discussion/1007764/ea-q3-2023-earnings-call-concerning-sims-5-project-rene-news which I think is concerning.
I like multiplayer for games as diablo or divinity but a life simulator? It’s just not my kind of game style. I play sims 4 to create my own world and story. Maybe life by you or Paralives will get me as customer, if sims5 goes really this way.
many good ol' games had been ruined by multiplayer feature by their newest series in same franchise. (Also ruined by microtransaction thingy)
But in case of mods, its up to player.
