Steam DLC not showing up
I bought the game and most of my DLC through steam. Recently, when I launched the game all the DLC I got through Steam showed up as unowned. The packs I purchased through Origin show up just fine. I’ve tried verifying the game files and reinstalling both the game and the EA app. Does anyone know how I can fix this?

Is the base game installed through steam or EA APP? You need to install it through steam that you get access to your Steam DLC. If you start it via EA APP it will not recognize your Steam purchased.

Get sure your DLC are installed on Steam: Library -> The Sims 4 right click -> Properties… -> DLC

Install and run the game through Steam if you haven't and/or don't. DLC purchased through both sources (EA and Steam) works by default if you run the game through Steam. DLC only purchased through Steam does not work if you run the game through the EA app.

If you are running and have the game installed through Steam right-click on the game > Properties > DLC and make sure all the DLC you've purchased is there and checked so it's enabled.
