I have already low expectations from EA. But the whole main feature is not playable for so many people. They should not get away with something like this again.

It was not playable for 3 hours, they fixed it. (I agree it was not the best start, but they fixed it fast. Next time maybe don’t preorder and just wait 1-4 days. Most bug reports from an ep come in in this timeline)

The team has resolved the missing text in Steam downloads of The Sims 4 Horse Ranch.

Steam players who experienced this should be prompted to update the game. If you are not prompted, please untick the DLC in the DLC manager, then check the box again to re-download.

I bought the Game at the moment it was released. No preorder. Nothing.

Not the best start? It was horrible. If someone released a game, it should be at least somehow playable. All the other DLC's were somehow playable. And I buy a Game with the expectation that I can play the Game. I do not buy games a couple of days later with hope that it will not crash or destroy something in my existing game files.

I know no Company that could probably get away so easy like EA did every single time they messed up. And they did mess up AGA.IN. And they will mess up. Again and again. It's not even funny anymore

In your Steam Library right click the Sims 4 select Properties then the DLC tab scroll to you see the Sims 4 Horse Ranch uncheck the box then recheck it to get the update.

If people are too dumb to know how to place the Files it may, but thats not your fault but their own... i think you did a better (and WAY QUICKER) Job then EA did Dino..
