Ea Download Error

Apparently my sims 4 game isn't able to be downloaded on ea and always get an error, someone tell me how to fix this i need it

If you got the game from Steam, then it won't be downloaded on EA. It's installed on Steam. The EA app is just to verify that you have a legal copy of the game, regardless of where you got the game from. Right now there are a lot of people reporting errors when using the EA app.

I get download errors sometimes even on Origin despite the fact that I already own most of the dlc packs on The Sims 4 where my game officially recognizes as them being downloaded, which is very important, because many players have had the opposite problem when using EA app instead of Origin because this new app by mistake may not recognize dlc packs you already own in the game in addition to The Sims 4 having the same exact problem only when using EA App instead of Origin. What you mentioned here is not unique to only just EA App, but there is a noticeable difference as well between Origin than EA App where overall Origin seems to work better right now than EA App.

For example, I get a download error sometimes when using Origin for High School Years (or in other words "download failed"), but The Sims 4 officially recognizes that I own this expansion pack in my game when using Origin despite this download error. One of my biggest concerns is losing some of my dlc packs on The Sims 4 if switching from Origin to EA app. Now you only just mentioned basegame, but the dlc packs also have a similar issue on EA app.
