That is a lie from EA and not a joke where EA needs to take their customers seriously. EA App just seems like a big scam to me instead of a real app that is apparently broken. It just seems to me that the people who work for the EA company are either not very intelligent, perhaps are intelligent but do not want to risk getting fired for telling people the truth that they are aware of them owning DLCs and plan on fixing it "SOON", or not good at lying to people. EA is apparently not very reliable when it comes to people contacting them directly and especially if it involves EA App which is a bummer.
I do sometimes worry about The Sims 5 (also known as Project Rene) and the reason why is obvious. It may not even be available on Origin that forces people to switch over to EA App just for playing The Sims 5, but EA seems to not care enough about fixing their broken EA app. I am hoping that EA app will be working much better than it is right now by the time The Sims 5 comes available to players.
