What mods and DLC make Sims look more attractive?
I'm getting tired of working hard to make my Sim look attractive so does anyone and a DLC that make Sims look better? More hair styles and facials features would be nice.

Well, DLC won't. But Custom Content will. There's tons of hair, makeup, body skins, etc. Have a look on Mod The Sims, The Sims Resource, Reddit, Patreon (there's free stuff as well)

There's a sfw version of wicked whims. Adds everything besides the sex part

That is all subject to personal taste. As such, you might as well just check out sites such as Simsdom, Mod the Sims, Sexy Sims, The Sims Resource or even Loverslab for CC to improve sim aesthetics to meet your standards.
