It keeps kicking me out

I got the game and started playing it and as soon as it all loads it kicks me out saying that game has ran out of memory? I just got it wth

How about... How much junk are you running in the background?
Scanned for malware and viruses?
Still running Windows 7?

An out-of-memory error can be caused by all manner of things, including running out of memory.

I have no malware, junk nor viruses. I had nothing opened when i did it so idk

What about your anti-virus software? I remember that being the problem for one of my friends. It was blocking some file and making the game crash.
Assuming you're on windows:
Go to Settings - Update & Security - Windows Security - Open Windows Security - Virus & threat protection - Manage Ransomware protection - Block history
Then look for SIMS4.exe file that should be there(blocked) and press allow instead.

Sorry just saw this, which files? If you mean for the game I guess right click it in the library page and go to manage>browse local files
