None. However it was your choice to purchase it as cold as that logic is, but then again you couldn't have known EA would do something like this. Nothing to do but accept it.
Will I at least be able to request a refund even though I played for more than two hours and purchased more than two weeks ago?
probably not, but you can give it a try if you wish so long as you have a legitimate reason for asking for the refund.

That's all you get unfortunately.
But i suspect that's not what the OP was asking for, i'm certain it was the idea that if someone brought it shortly before it went f2P, that it would entitle them to special treatment by having exclusive free content to make up for it from EA and that's not what's happening, there is no new additional content to make up for those who brought it recently.
Worse I didn't even buy it recently, I bought it in October last year
Then yes. You get a year of play time over the people getting it for free. Eventually, just about every game goes on sale for less than you bought it for, or even free (after 8 years). It's just how it works.
Yes, I would have figured that as well, but I cannot count how many times I've seen people not know about something because they don't do their research or don't have the time. You can actually miss getting the kit/dlc because it has to be added manually. And when that happens, there's gonna be that one person claiming entitlement because they missed it.
Automatically upgrading everyone's base to deluxe edition would've been better and actually doable because that's now going to be the new "base". Seen it done on some games here.
