Copperdale neighborhood missing from "Destination Worlds"

This is serious problem and I am wondering if anyone else is having the same exact problem as me and here is the problem. Number 1, I have three locked worlds that I never unlocked that are full display (including the university from an expansion pack, Glimmerbrook, and Tartosa), but Copperdale is missing from the list of locked worlds leading me under the impression that I will not be able to travel to Copperdale either even if I purchased the High School Expansion pack that I currently do not own yet. Number 2, I want to know if it is possible for the Copperdale to show up in the list of destination worlds if reinstalling the game. I already tried to do various different things such as deleting the thumbnail cache file, repairing The Sims 4 on Origin, temporarily moving out my save and mod files by placing them outside of The Sims 4 folder, and temporarily removing all mods from game, but none of that worked. So far I have exhausted all of my options, except for reinstalling, but I want to know for a certainty if reinstalling the game will get the Copperdale world to appear as being locked instead of absent in the list of destination worlds.

Someone mysteriously showed up my at one of my sim houses and I can not see the option to send home. Apparently a vampire, but I think it could be a bug and another sim entered without permission as well who was another vampire. None of them are asking to boyfriend/girlfriend or best friend, but I can not send them away either. They will not knock and act as if they live there even though it is not their house. I had to turn on no trespassing or might need to lock doors so that way neighbors can not enter. They will also leave as well without saying their goodbye.

I have some more good news about the graduation. Youtuber James Turner was able to graduate without needing to wait for a week, but the graduation ceremony is still buggy. Towards the end of the video he was able to attend the ceremony despite not being invited as a young adult. He was however still able to get his diploma and watch the other young adults graduate. The graduation ceremony can only happen on Sunday meaning that he had to age up shortly after the prom. If you want to not watch the entire video just skip most of it until he tries aging up with the birthday and see how he gets the graduation ceremony which was on a Sunday. First time ever I had seen a best friend request. The only thing is that I hate it and think that it is stupid. Only I should be allowed to decide which one my best friend should be and not someone else. Ironically, they were not even "good friends" when being asked to become best friends. Only just friends. That is not the only problem either, because I sometimes appear to lose progress as on my aspiration objectives forcing me to cheat.
