Or someone can buy an other product that includes earbuds if those are important or pay less for the product without earbuds. Some third party earbuds are pretty good.

The Sims has been realign on DLCs since the early 2000s. Luckily the base-game is just 4,99 Euro during a sale. You only need to get the DLCs you want and there are a lot of free mods that can improve your game.

But excluding Seasons from the base-game is a bit greedy, on other hand it has never been part of the base game.

Supernaturals should be one DLC. If anything the werewolf dlc should’ve been a free update for people who bought vampires.

It would also be easier to bug fix and test features if EA wasn’t chopping all of the extra content into such small packs.

Vampires in the Sims 4 is among the best in the Serie. Gamepacks are also cheaper than expansions pack so for the supernaturals gamepacks worked out pretty okay. Vampires werewolfs and spell-casters are different enough that they can be created separately. Mermaids feels a bit bland in comparison, but they where not the main part the expansion pack Island living.
