Have you tested using going into CAS with

activated?

You should also be able to move children around between households while editing households from the neighborhood screen

Try to go into "manage household" from the neighborhood screen. You should be able to transfer sims between households and even delete them(when editing a specific household).

wait i got it lol, but now it got rid of the old save file , i just want the kid gone not the whole thing

You can either delete them, move him/her out of your current household or put them up for adoption. 😂

With MCCC you can drop a vending machine on them, electrocute them, or set a swarm of flies on them, and there's a great many other fun ways to dispose of the unwanted as well.

No, it's in Sims 4 - if you use MCCC it's an option under cheats when SHIFT CLICKING a sim.

You must not like children and having family oriented sims on The Sims 4. "Hating children" would be a perfect personality trait for your sim to have. Another alternative as well is to make the sim family member leave as a teen instead of a child. I do not really get why you seem to not like children. It could also be because you prefer having pets on The Sims 4 instead of children assuming that you own the pets expansion pack as well.
