cant cook anything

hi everyone.
i just tried to cook something but it didnt work. i loose the money and my sim begin to cook, but after a few seconds the sim stops. yes, i already reapaired the game, but still dont work

hope anyone an help me with this.

the sim stops, the order is cancelled and the game then autonomously creates a new order to do something else?

have your sim resume cooking their item and then slot a second order to do something else, this prevents the game from removing your order and the item will be cooked.

i will explain it step by step:

1) im clicking on the fridge to make grilled cheese (this is the only order)
2) sim goes to the fridge get the ingredients and starts cooking
3) the circle which indicates when the action is finished, begin to fill
4) circle is full/action done but the cheese is not; the sim just make a speech bubble with two footsteps and a red X
6) sim is standing around
7) clicking at the unfinished cheese allows me to click the option "continue cooking"; but the sim just start to make the speechbubble again

only mod im using is mccc & mccc woohoo

i just clicked on picture 5 (wthout looking at any others) and the answer is right there. there is a second item on the stove. oddly sometimes some items you cook will shift from one ring to another. so the chances are that the pan of mac and cheese? is stopping the grilled cheese from being cooked as the sim probably wants to switch rings so it can complete.

so empty the pan of mac and cheese and let the cooking resume.

Edit: i forgot to add that you have a tea and coffee maker on the desks, that can also prevent the sim from finishing their cooking as there is no space open to serve up the food.

Yeah you need to either make another bench and leave it entirely clear of the big objects like tea machine/coffee maker, or remove one of the two things off existing bench.

Your sim needs a free bench to make things on and that's what the routing/pathing issue is.

also this sims is a vampire and will not benefit from that delicious kraftdinner.

you need to eat plasmafruit, order plasma packs from computer, transmute frogs/fish into plasmapacks, or do the deed itself and bite a sim.

unless of course, this vampire is cooking a meal for the other non-vamp sim?
or perhaps a grill cheese sammich for the cat?
