How to steal a baby

If you wish to steal a baby in the sims, you must have the interior decorator career. Choose a job for a family with a baby. Then, select the crib and press backspace. Then, go home and look in your household inventory. Then, you shall have the baby.

Can't think of any sneaky things that shouldn't happen (like the violin thing or steal baby). Just the usual things that involve subjecting sims to experiments, locking them up and taking things off them, torturing them with toddlers etc.

i noticed along the bottom of your screenshots that you already had a maximum number of sims in a household when you stole the baby and the baby hasn't been recognised as being in your household.

Seems the saving for a special event doesn't mean anything in the end. Unless you use MCCC to increase the household limits, otherwise i couldn't see it lasting as it stood. Clearly a glitch the game was designed to handle.
