just bought sims 4 - installed, everyone naked, bald

just installed the game for the first on my pc and 3 out of 5 npcs are naked, bald .. what does it mean?

maybe there are some files on my pc i dont know about? if so, where, how to reset the world?

so you have no mods. then something has gone realy wrong with your files.

It means you have been browsing way way way too many questionable websites, and your PC is loaded with a horrific amount of malware. Either that, or your PC is built out of outdated or frankensteined parts. Come to think of it, it might be both. Maybe it was a mod or collections of mods from proposed "questionable website" theory I mentioned first.

that would be kind of strange. the standard NPC has only equipment from base and the dlc they belong and the random NPC has random equipment from base and the DLC you own.

I have had one or two npc. that lost something but nothing realy bad.

deleted the game, registry, everything i could find .. installed again .. still ..
there are like 70 npcs that are naked and bald
"not in the world" ..
dont know where they are from ..

Not in this word, is only that they got no house. they only exist in the background as filler characters.

tried to delete them .. nothing, everyone is still naked and bald ..
is there a feature to reset a world? I only played for 5 hours but dont want to delete my character and create new one ..
can i transfer my character to a new world? but like completely new world, not just different location .. from map 1 to map 2 .. because the map 1 will still be bugged.
When I create new character, new game, thats okay, there are no bald people ..

or can i save somehow my character to gallery, create new game, new world, load the character from gallery to this new game?

If you load them in to the gallery. you can use them in another save.

yeah, just figured it out too after an hour testing .. shame it has to be uploaded and not just saved :) thx anyway
