Bigger door, window or wall need higher level. I want this? How i get it?

I think the OP is asking how to get bigger walls for those bigger doors and windows.

Build mode > click a wall or a room, a small white window will appear as if it were in a speech mark with several options, the one at the top middle of that window that has been separated by a line has three shaped bars of different sizes and each one can be clicked to raise or lower the wall height from where you have it right now.

if you want tall doors? you want tall walls which is the biggest bar of the three (on the right) so click that > build > doors > tall doors > [door of choice].

I mean, how do I get higher doors, windows and walls for my use when I get the text on the screen "requires a higher level". Where does this higher level for me so I can use these parts in my game?
