Like if i get a stuck sim i just move a bit of furniture in front of my sim and it will unstuck them.
But yes the community patch fixes slot just google it and you should find it.
Second, ResetSim <sim name> clears this for me most of the time. Second solution is to exit to Manage Worlds or Menu, and the re-load the lot.
I hadn’t heard there was a community patch. Searching on “sims 4 community patch” only returns discussion of official patches. Searching Mod the Sims for “patch” returns nothing.

I just looked at that, now that you’ve mentioned it by name. It’s not a community patch. It’s a library of routines for creating mods. Clearly pretty handy for authors, but it’s not a mod itself, and it’s not doing anything for you if you’re just installing it by itself.
