Report a translation problem
that mod is the resolution, u can use the "reset sim" to resolve that bug.
Edit: There is a problem with getting that mod. Steam do not have a workshop tab for this game, so nowhere to get it. Hope Sims get a workshop page soon.

You only need to create a mod folder where the Sims 4 one is in your documents.

That last one is how to install mods. They are nothing more than copy and paste a file on a folder. No need for workshop since The Sims 1.
i recommend downloading UI cheats it will allow you to drag your need bars up and down so if your sim is hungry but you cant get it to eat before it dies you can drag the hunger bar up to save it
